This mother-hen will show you what New Zealand is all about, as she goes that extra mile to ensure her Clients' are enriched with a genuine pleasing and full-filling kiwi experience!

Phil is your all-round genuine nice guy that has a love for sports, the outdoors, and is your typical Queenstown bred adventure adrenaline junkie. His witty and charming personality makes for the best company, coupled with his profound and in-depth knowledge about New Zealand and his hometown, he has a knack for making any guests feel welcomed and special, and will leave a lasting impression on what a good honest kiwi bloke is all about.
PAULA SMYTH
Driver Guide / Office Manager
Paula is our office guru, running a tight ship behind the scenes. But when she tires of that, you'll also see her out and about looking after Clients'. Despite being born in the North Island (which we don't hold against her), she has come to love Queenstown and calls it home. You couldn't meet a nicer gal that has an innate ability to build a good rapport with all that come across her. Another mother-hen in the group, Paula will go the extra-mile to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations.

Penny is our wine connoisseur and resident foodie. Having travelled a fair bit in the past, she knows a thing or two about travelling, hospitality and being a tourist. An outdoor enthusiast, Penny is a keen hiker, you'll quite often see her out and about hitting the tracks in her spare time. With her bright and bubbly personality, extensive knowledge of the Central Otago wine region and passion for the outdoors, makes Penny the ideal Guide for our Guided Hikes and Wine Tours.

Meet our South American influence, Carla. Originally from Argentina, Carla has travelled the world but New Zealand is now her home. Chasing a career to be in the forefront of meeting and greeting new visitors to our shores, Carla loves to share her knowledge and experiences offering a first class experience as an English or Spanish speaking Guide. Carla has a love for the outdoors, quite often skiing, biking and hiking in her spare time. You couldn't ask for a more experienced Snow Tour Escort, as Carla is a regular on the slopes with a Ski Instructor qualification backing her skills!
